- Trade 3 Diamonds, 3 Emeralds, 3 Sapphires and 3 Rubys to Dreg to obtain

Getting the Amulet from Dreg starts the Tough Decisions Quest. The usage of the Amulet is described in greater Detail in the quest's Article.
Hero Weapons[ | ]
Use Amulet of Azura as a key to open the chest located by the waterfall in a hidden cave.
Doing this will get you the one of the Hero-Weapons
